You May Be Eligible For Medi-Cal To Pay For The Care

Apply For Medi-Cal Benefits Qualify For Medi-Cal Benefits

Most of us think of MEDI-CAL as being limited to providing financial assistance to needy families, to help pay for medical expenses.  However, the good news is that, when it comes to aging seniors,  Medicare (not

MEDI-CAL) will pay for the medical bills, and MEDI-CAL will pay for their care.

Furthermore, we usually think of MEDI-CAL as being limited to paying for care in a nursing home, but, in fact, QUALIFYING to be ELIGIBLE for MEDI-CAL benefits is  the first step toward becoming qualified to receive benefits from In-Home Support Services.

IF YOU COULD USE SOME HELP,

YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!!!

In-Home Support Services does not necessarily require services from an agency.  Often, a family member can be qualified to be paid by In-Home Support Services

Eligibility for MEDI-CAL benefits to pay for the care of an aging loved one is often seen as being limited to families with minimal assets, but (more good news) MEDI-CAL regulations provide for the implementation of certain lawful property transfers, in order for the applicant who holds considerable assets to become eligible for MEDI-CAL benefits.

THAT IS WHERE WE COME IN!

THIS IS WHERE WE CAN HELP YOU!

We have been helping families with assets to become eligible for MEDI_CAL benefits for over twenty-six years, even though mist of these families have savings and property.

We have the ability to take steps to protect the property from a claim by the State of California, after the family member, and the family member's spouse, passes  away.

We assist seniors, their spouses and/or the families of elderly persons in Applying for Medi-Cal Benefits, and in guiding them through the Medi-Cal Qualification Process to become Eligible for Medi-Cal Benefits when they are placed in a 24/7 Skilled Nursing Care.

Our office is located in Downtown Riverside, California.  However, we provide assistance to seniors and the families of elderly persons throughout the state.  We also provide services to protect the home and other assets from being claimed by the State of California after the aging patient and his or her spouse has passed away.

First of all, if a family member who is going to require skilled nursing care, owns real property, or has other assets, such as savings accounts, stocks or bonds, paid up life insurance, or rental property, in addition to their home, eligibility for Medi-Cal Benefits is going to require certain property transfers (conversions), that, if attempted on your own, without professional help, could, more than likely, result in putting your family member in a worse position then before you attempted to help them.

You should Google the terms "spend down" and "look back", for openers.  Simply transferring assets into someone else's name, or giving assets away, or putting some else's name on bank accounts isn't going to work.

Let us help you stay out of trouble.

That's what Medi-Cal Planning is all about.

If you are viewing this website, you are probably faced with the imminent need to place a loved one in a skilled nursing facility because, suddenly, your loved one needs round the clock skilled nursing home care.

NOTE: We are talking about 24/7 skilled nursing home care.

Right now, skilled nursing home care is going to cost at least $6,000 to $7,000 per month. That’s up to $84,000 per year.

Furthermore, the California Statewide average is presently $7,628 per month. That is $91,536 per year. In fact, it is projected that five years in a private room in a skilled nursing facility is soon going to cost approximately $500,000.

Most of us can not afford that, and, even if we can, it is devastating, in that the accumulation of an entire lifetime has to be wiped out, in order to provide for a relatively short term of end of life health care.

This is on top of hospital, doctor bills, and pharmaceuticals.

QUESTION:  Is This The Way It Has To Be ?
